Join us to discuss and share the outings, activities, and memorable experiences that bring some adventure and zest into life as we age.

--
Adventure can take many forms-- traveling somewhere new and trying a daring activity to taking a spontaneous day trip, attending a lively event, or saying yes to something just for fun. In this peer discussion, we’ll talk about the experiences that make us feel energized, playful, and fully alive. We’ll share favorite adventures, explore how our appetite for excitement may have changed over time, and exchange ideas for adding more fun and memorable experiences to our lives.

Consider these questions before the session:

  • What is the most fun or memorable adventure you’ve had recently?
  • What activities make you feel energized and alive?
  • What’s one fun experience you would still love to try?
  • What might help you make room for more adventure in your life?
  • Is there something you’ve always wanted to learn but haven’t tried yet?

Please note: This is a camera-on discussion — please join by video with your camera on for the session.
