We're back!! Need to get those Fitbit steps in for the day, then join us as we walk across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge starting from the Alexandria side on Saturday mornings. We like to start early to avoid fighting the sun. Please bring water to always stay hydrated and we always stretch before and after our walks. Friends and family are welcome. :)

Note: We will let those who RSVP know if walks are postponed due to inclement weather.

We will meet at 7:30am from the Alexandria side -Jones Point Parking lot and we start walking around 7:45am. If you plan to attend, please RSVP so we can make sure to wait for you. If you are running late, please send a message through the meetup app to let us know so that a member of our team will contact you.

Directions to Jones Park:

If you are driving, your GPS should take you right to the park. You can use 125, 1, or 100 Jones Point Dr for the address. Once there you’d enter the park and drive to the parking lot. We will meet at the 1st parking space closest to the bridge.

If you are taking public transportation find the Alexandria street emblem and find the path to walk under the bridge toward Jones Pt Park’s parking spaces.

Directions Jones Point Park is located on the southern edge of Old Town Alexandria underneath the Woodrow Wilson Bridge.

By Car From the northbound lanes of Washington Street (the George Washington Memorial Parkway) turn right on Green Street. Drive two blocks, then turn right onto South Royal Street. Drive to the cul-de-sac at the end of the street and turn left to enter the park.

From the southbound lanes of Washington Street (the George Washington Memorial Parkway) turn left on Green Street. Drive two blocks, then turn right onto South Royal Street. Drive to the cul-de-sac at the end of the street, and turn left to enter the park. Parking is available at the end of the entrance road.

Overflow parking is available on city streets outside the park, but motorists must abide by posted parking restrictions and time limitations. By Public Transportation Please check your appropriate bus. Bus stops at the corner of Washington Street and South Street. The park is a two minute walk down South Street from the bus stop. The trail goes to Huntington Metro but I'm not sure how close it is to the bridges entrance.
