Health Conscious Gang! SUMMER SEASON HOURS - 9AM

Join us for this recurring meetup for two Sundays per month for a 4-mile round-trip walk-and-talk!

Meet and greet other health-conscious members! Don your comfortable sneakers and join in.

Meet at Matthews Elementary School at the trail that starts behind home plate of the baseball field BEHIND THE SCHOOL.

*PLEASE NOTE -- USE SCHOOL ENTRANCE not McDowell Street Entrance.

Afterwards join us for coffee and refreshments at newly renovated Coffee Republic (Matthews) at Plantation on Weddington Road!

Enjoy time with other health-conscious members. Go as fast or slow (while staying with the group). Just a great, healthy way to chat and meet people.

PLEASE NOTE: USE THE SCHOOL ENTRANCE - NOT MCDOWELL STREET ENTRANCE - The GPS sometimes will bring you to East McDowell Street to the back of the school by the swings - YOU WILL NEED TO WALK TO THE SOFTBALL FIELD JUST 75 YARDS AWAY!
