Health is a Journey

Details

Do you believe your diagnosis is final? Were you told you will be on your meds the rest of your life? Can we change the trajectory of our health and diagnosis?

The truth is ... you can change your health with small steps ... Yup, small steps!

Nearly 20 years ago, I was grappling with those very questions! I had debilitating joint pain. My Medical Doctor diagnosed me with arthritis and said I "owned" it. He gave me medications and said I would be on them for the rest of my life. Sound familiar? In addition, I was prescribed meds for anxiety, inflammation, and more! I woke up groggy and lived with incontinence (even as a child) my entire life. I never thought much about it, since that was who I was and I owned it.

Then I met a doctor that told me it didn't have to be this way! He said my body could heal itself ... all of it! Heal the joint pain, the inflammation, the fog, and all the other discomforts that were being addressed by my medications. (These are just a few of the diagnoses!)

There you have it! My health journey began! It's been a beautiful journey of learning and changing. And, I'm here to tell you, anything is possible! It takes small steps and not perfection.

Had I not experienced true healing of my own and seen it in my family, I could not be this passionate about health!

One of our members (you know who you are, Barry) suggested that I speak about health. I'm just a mom with two sick kids in tow that started a healing journey 20 years ago which brought us true healing today.

Grab a cuppa Joe at my favorite organic coffee shop Waterbean and join me for an open forum to hear my health journey and to open conversations about health ... real health.

It's my pleasure to share some simple steps you can take to have the same breakthroughs and results!

Bring a pad and pen! I look forward to seeing you there!

Your host,

Marjorie
