Chess encourages cooperation, problem solving and strategic thinking skills. Children, teen, and adult will learn chess basics, strategies, and tactics and test their skills in one-on-one or group chess games.
Information about this Group
Meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5 p.m. online and 2nd and 4th Wednesday in person at Allegra Westbrooks Library. Come learn chess strategies or play against one another.
How to Join an Online Program
This event takes place on Zoom. Please register at least one day before the event. You’ll receive an email with a link to the secure Zoom meeting about 24 hours before the meeting.
