Science has shown that coloring in a mindful way can be an excellent stress reducer.

Three ways coloring calms the mind:

  2. Repetitive motion relaxes the mind
  3. Low stakes make it enjoyable

So join us in an environment designed to help you be mindfully creative! Coloring sheets, coloring tools, calming music, and a display of mental health books to browse will be provided.

Ages 16+ only please. No artistic ability required. Feel free to bring your own supplies.
