SMART Family and Friends

The SMART Recovery Family & Friends program is a mutual support program for parents, family members, partners, and friends impacted by the addictive behavior of a loved one. Registration is optional--feel free to just show up!

This program introduces cognitive skills tools and evidence-based strategies of the Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) approach and the Invitation to Change Approach from the Center for Motivation and Change Foundation. Participants connect with one another and discuss practical tools for coping more effectively and/or supporting a loved one more effectively, as they choose.
