About us
Meet people in Charlotte who want to learn about real estate together and build authentic relationships. This group is for adults who are curious about rental properties and multifamily real estate, including beginners, experienced property owners and people exploring the topic for the first time.
We meet in person in the Charlotte area for shared discussions, peer learning, guest conversations, practical educational examples, questions and networking. Members are encouraged to share perspectives, learn from one another and stay connected between gatherings.
Our first planned gathering is Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at The Union at Station West in Charlotte. Future gathering dates and locations will be posted on Meetup as they are confirmed. Our aim is an ongoing local community, with opportunities for wellness activities and service alongside real estate learning.
Carlos Amaya and Ricardo Sanabria host the group, with support from BeWise Mastermind, a Christian-based community guided by integrity, family, wellness and service.
Each event will clearly explain its activities, host, location and any attendance fee. Members can RSVP through Meetup. Please treat others with respect and keep discussions helpful, educational and free of unsolicited sales pitches.
