Rooted in feminine Tantra, this class blends breath, sound, movement, and energetic alignment to awaken your kundalini and reconnect you to your body’s wisdom.

You’ll leave feeling energized, liberated, and beautifully alive.

👗 Clothing & Care Exchange Sisterhood Circle
Part clothing swap, part self-care ritual, part heart-share.
Bring items you’re ready to release and receive treasures from your sisters. Then we soften — into a space of back rubs, scalp massages, foot soaks, gentle touch, and circle sharing.
This is community care at its most soulful.
