Our next book club pick is the book club organizer’s favorite read of 2025 Blood Over Bright Haven by M.L. Wang! This book is a dark fantasy following Sciona, an orphan fighting to become the first woman admitted into the High Magistry. It has themes of feminism, and exploration of the harm of racism and colonialism, all in a dark academic setting. Can’t wait to see you there!
