March CUUL Jam

Our March CUUL jam will take place on Thursday, March 26th from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at Meadows Presbyterian Church. We'll be playing out of the "Purple Book," the newest installment in Jim Beloff's "Daily Ukulele" set of songbooks. If you've got a copy, please bring it! If not, we're a friendly sharing bunch!

As a special treat, we're also encouraging everyone to bring 10-12 copies of a song beginning with the first letter of your first name. (Aloysius, we're expecting you to bring "All You Need is Love" :)
We're always looking to learn and play new songs, and this sounds like a great way for everyone to share some of their faves!

This month, we'll be meeting in the Fellowship Hall at the aforementioned Meadows Presbyterian Church on Angus Road. Park in the side parking lot and plan to enter through the front door at the front of the building -- we'll be in the room on the right.

We normally gather in a circle on the 4th Thursday of each month and take turns selecting songs for the group to play and sing together, either from the songbook or from music folks have brought with them. There's no obligation to either choose or lead songs; other members are happy to help where needed. We play a variety of songs of all levels, and most assuredly, a good time will be had by all!
