Charm City is an all volunteer group that help fellow filmmakers realize their dream of making their own short films.
We love to make movies because it is immensely rewarding. But making a film even a short is a daunting task. It requires a lot of time, effort, and expertise. It is job that is made easier with helping hands. So make a film and help others make theirs.

Wheaton Film Festival - 11th Annual - 2025 [In-person]
Wheaton Volunteer Rescue Squad, 2400 Arcola Ave, Silver Spring, MD, USWith film screenings, panel discussions, and networking, the 11th Annual Wheaton Film Festival is a great event to learn about the entertainment industry and to watch some amazing short films.

The address is 2400 Arcola Avenue, Second Floor Ballroom, use side dedicated entrance, Silver Spring, MD, 20902. Free parking is available at the Rescue Squad and across the street at the Wheaton library branch.
