Charm City is an all volunteer group that help fellow filmmakers realize their dream of making their own short films.
We love to make movies because it is immensely rewarding. But making a film even a short is a daunting task. It requires a lot of time, effort, and expertise. It is job that is made easier with helping hands. So make a film and help others make theirs.
