Yoga is more than a physical practice. The ethics and philosophical aspects are just as important as the asanas. Yoga inspires us to move beyond our egos in order to benefit others and promote bliss, happiness and enlightenment. Any and all bodies who desire to learn more or to develop a yoga practice should have access to classes led by qualified instructors in comfortable spaces. Students should not feel limited by finance or any other barriers to practice yoga. This group was created to inform the yogis of the Chattanooga area where they can turn for affordable and accessible classes. This is Karmic Yoga in action.

If you are brand new to yoga and want to gain more overall flexibility, balance and strength, this class is for you. Our Mindful Vinyasa classes are slow-paced allowing time for students to learn each yoga pose and find proper alignment. You will be guided through a sequence of reclining, seated and standing postures while also learning yoga breathing techniques for relaxation. This class will offer a lot of attention to detail for each pose, as well as more personalized instruction within a group setting.
Mindful Vinyasa is suitable for brand new yoga students and all levels of practitioners who want to increase their knowledge of fundamental Vinyasa yoga. These classes are held in a comfortable room temperature.

Gentle is slower paced, accessible yoga class with a focus on connection of movement and breath. In Gentle, we move through postures with less intensity. This class is a blend of yogic breathing, meditation, restorative yoga, and gentle movements that are accessible for all bodies.
