Learn to care for your body, connect with your baby, and create ideal conditions in which your baby can grow and thrive. This is a wonderful opportunity to nurture yourself and your baby prior to and after giving birth. By focusing on breath work and conscious movement, you will become more confident in your body’s ability to care for your precious little one.
This class welcomes both experienced yoga students as well as brand new mamas who want to give yoga a try during and after their pregnancy. Join us in this sweet group class setting and enjoy connecting with other mamas along their pregnancy and postnatal journey.
New mamas may bring their newborn to 3-month old babies in tow as soon as they feel like venturing out after delivery. We hope this gives new moms the chance to practice getting out the door to come to a supportive environment and to connect to the women they have bonded with during pregnancy.
Students are welcome to arrive late-ish; please join and practice as soon as you are able.We are also offering daycare for children from age 3 months to 12 years for $8 per child - packages available.

If you are brand new to yoga and want to gain more overall flexibility, balance and strength, this class is for you. Our Mindful Vinyasa classes are slow-paced, allowing time for students to learn each yoga pose and find alignment that works for your body. You will be guided through a sequence of reclining, seated and standing postures while also learning yoga breathing techniques for relaxation. This class will offer attention to detail for each pose, as well as more personalized instruction within a group setting. Mindful Vinyasa is suitable for new yoga students and all levels of practitioners who want to increase their knowledge of fundamental Vinyasa yoga. These classes are held in a comfortable room temperature.

Kundalini, the yoga of awareness, is an ancient Sanskrit word that means "coiled snake," a divine energy at the base of the spine. This sacred yoga has been around for over 5,000 years and its practice helps to connect to the Higher Self and uncoil our kinetic energy through movement and breath.

Hot Elemental™ is heated to 100° and is for all levels plus beginners! Correct alignment of postures will be emphasized to teach you from scratch or to refine your practice. These are low weight bearing on wrists, non-Vinyasa practices that are especially therapeutic for students with back pain, and those who are recovering from any joint injury. A quiet meditative experience is also a key attraction to this class.
