About us
Chattanooga Hiking Meetup is an outdoor adventure and eco-volunteer club that plans hiking, backpacking, camping, paddling, and biking events throughout the year ranging from easy to strenuous, local to regional. The aim of the group is to explore the natural beauty of the region and to develop a social network for people with like interests.
In addition to our regular hikes and other outdoor adventures, we also plan social events and organize community volunteer projects such as park cleanup and trail building!

Walk & Talk (easy 2.5 mile route) Reflection Riding
Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center, 400 Garden Rd, Chattanooga, TN, USThe Walk & Talk is a casual way to get in some nature, get to know your neighbors, and discuss issues. The Lookout Creek path is a wide, flat route with great mountain views, creekside, and woods features. It will be warm, so wear sun protection and bring water to drink. Reflection Riding no longer requires membership for access and operates on a donation basis. It is officially CLOSED on Sunday, but we have access to the trails. Park in the overflow lot to the RIGHT, just before entering the main campus - LOOK FOR AN ORANGE TRAFFIC CONE WITH AN ARROW. Please consider DONATING, VOLUNTEERING, or becoming a MEMBER!
