    MORE INFO AND SIGNUP

Experience a half day of retreat, meditation, and reflection in a peaceful environment.

A retreat is an unequaled opportunity to become aware of the peaceful nature of your mind. Through utilizing clear and accessible instructions on how to meditate, and the support of meditating in a group in a meditation center, your practice will deepen tremendously.
Everyone is welcome. No meditation experience is necessary.

    What is a mini-retreat?
A retreat is when we step out of our normal busy modern life, even if just for a short period of time, and focus inwardly on a topic that causes our mind to become calm and peaceful. Each retreat will have two sessions, with a short break between sessions. Each session will start with a teaching followed by a guided meditation on the teaching, and there will be time for Q&A. You will be able to experience directly the essence of the teaching and the calm peaceful effect the meditation has on your mind.
