I like the quote a metaphor for life and the people around us. There are a few vintages that should have never been uncorked, but that's life.
Am I being too sophisticated? This is after all Tennessee wine. Not a Bordeaux from France. I don't care I just like to try different stuff. A bottle of two buck chuck from Trader Joe's and a piece of cheese and I am good.
This is the Tennessee Sip Wine Festival. Wines from Tennessee. I am not enlightened on wine so I just drink my way through and buy bottles of stuff I like. I'll leave the clever stuff to the wine folks.
So here is the plan.
We meet in front of the place that used to be Naked River Brewing. Walk through and sample wines.
Then?
I am going to walk over to to La Altena for Mexican food. Because why not? I aint sophisticated in my wine choices so you chase the wine with some cheese dip and tacos. Then maybe we do something else. You figure that stuff out.
