Greg George who owns Gregory's Restaurant & Bar on the Jersey Shore says his Salsa recipe came from a Playboy magazine article about Mexican food. Pretty sure he was just reading it for the recipes like you do Southern Living.

Wait a minute! The Taco Tuesday inventor dude's name was Greg George? And it was on the Jersey Shore? Holy Guacamole! That gives me a Queso the giggles.

Maybe Snooki is responsible for Meatless Monday...

Okay probably not that, but I didn't expect it to be a guy named Greg George. Greg George you're a Juan in a million. Actually I expected it to be Juan, not you.

So here is the deal. We are going to do a Taco Tuesday at Southside Social. If it works out we may schedule a Whiskey Wednesday down the road. Because it has wings and Whiskey Slushies on special.

So this sounds like fun. Half price bowling and Dollar tacos? I am a cheap date!

Please reserve your own lanes if you are bowling. reserve one and want to share? Put it in the comments below. I may reserve one and let others bowl with me and split the cost. Might just eat a bunch of tacos and deliver some air biscuits to the bowlers. Do a little Crop dusting. Anyways you can organize it in the comments with others if you want.
