Join us for a supportive creative writing group in a comfortable, creative setting! Every month we have a different theme to inspire our writing. Pencils, pens, and paper provided. No purchase required, but feel free to get something to eat or drink while we are there.

Chattanooga Public Library’s Write and Chatt, a Creative Writing Group

In May, we'll be exploring fairy tales and folklore. Why, you may ask? Well, "May Eve" (Oíche Bealtaine) is a mystical night where fairies can be heard.
So we'll delve into fairy tales and celebrate the merry month of May. We'll be looking at the Hero's Journey (Joseph Campbell) as well.No purchase is necessary, but feel free to order something to eat or drink while we are there. Adelle's Creperie (400 E Main St.) has great food and delicious coffee!
This group is for adults age 18+. Bring your creativity and come write with us!
We normally meet the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month, from 12 - 1:30.
