Chattanooga Public Library’s Write and Chatt, a Creative Writing Group
Details
MEETING LOCATION --
Pennington's Books
400 E. Main St #150
Chattanooga Tn 37408
We are excited to hold our gatherings at Pennington's Books, which has graciously offered us their private conference room.
Purchase a coffee, tea, or snack from Pennington's (and also a book!), and bring a bag lunch if you like.
Join us for a supportive creative writing group, sponsored by the Chattanooga Public Library. Every month we have a different theme to guide our writing. We talk, we write, we share.
November's Theme (meetings on Nov 5 & 19) - November Writing Challenge. Traditionally, November has been "NaNoWriMo," or National Novel Writing Month. The NaNoWriMo organization has disbanded, but the writing challenge remains. We will look at some NaNoWriMo alternatives and set our own writing challenge.
This group is for adults age 18+. Bring your creativity and come write with us!
We normally meet the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of every month, from 12 - 1:30.
