Welcome to Cheese Rolls!

Every Sunday 2PM+, northside of Cheesman Park, in good weather. Easy to spot the mats we bring out.

Come enjoy some grappling! If you're new, come learn about Brazilian Jiu JItsu and grappling (Judo and wrestling too), learn some moves, or maybe test your mettle if you're up for the challenge. If you're an experienced grappler, come have some friendly rolls, teach us your favorite moves, or drill.

We usually already went to open mat so we're pretty chill, but feel free to bring as much heat as you want.
