Monday Evening Sprints And Circuit!

Meet in the park at that 12th avenue entry on the west side. Please bring a water bottle! Since this is the first meet up let's keep it simple! We'll start out with a warm-up and please do whatever you need to feel ready to go. Then we will do 5 to 8 sprints depending on your fitness level. We will then go into a bodyweight circuit with stations which will include a mix of upper and lower body exercises. Think squats, pushups, planks, burpees, dips, and lunges! Each station will be 30seconds w/ 20s rest, and we will aim for 3 rounds! Can't wait to see you out there, and would love suggestions if people have things they would like to add! All fitness levels welcome. This is about challenging ourselves, but most importantly it's about meeting new people in the area! As I am not a trained professional, please make sure you are cleared by a health professional and that you are suited to do said workouts! Please let me know if you will be attending!
