Quick Morning Run And Body Weight Circuit!

A simple good morning session to get the blood flowing! We will run around the park once, and then do an at your own pace bodyweight circuit using a park bench! Of course you can do as many rounds or as many reps as you would like! Let me know if anyone wants me to make it earlier:) Also willing to do two laps around if the group wants! All is good! Circuit:
3 rounds at your own speed
10 push ups
20 prisoner squats
10 bench dips
10 Bulgarian split squats each leg
1 min plank
10 burpees
Rest for however long/ repeat
