Hi, I’m Sasha Podrezoff, executive chef and founder of Noodes Kyiv. I’m a huge fermentation and kimchi nerd. My signature Cheesy Kimchi Ramen inspired me to launch a series of private events dedicated to the ultimate pairing: cheese and kimchi.
