Welcome to the Cheltenham Lesbian and Bisexual women’s Meetup group. This group is aimed at Lesbians and Bisexual women who are looking to socialise and meet new people in and around the Cheltenham area. I'm hoping to post a couple of events a month to begin with while the group is still quite new. I am also open to suggestions re. venues and events for future Meetups. Please bear with me while the group gets into its flow! :)
There isn't a fee to join the Meetup group per se but there will be a £2 attendance fee for each event you attend, to cover admin costs. You can pay this directly to me either in cash on the day of the event; or via bank transfer on, or close to, the event date (I can send you the details if you PM me). If you're unable to attend an event that you've RSVPd for, for whatever reason (I know things can crop up from time-to-time and that's OK!) then please do update your RSVP details as soon as you can, as it helps me keep track of who's attending and who isn't. I'll refund the £2 if you've paid across and find you're unable to attend. Equally, if you're running late then please do ping me a message so that I know you're still planning on attending. I'll also aim to make it clear to attendees where and when we're meeting, and can look out for you at an event if you're new and/or just generally lost.
