Why Squash?
Squash is a fast-moving game that requires skill, speed and supreme fitness.
Players can burn off up to 1000 calories per hour of squash - higher than most other sports.
Squash is the best sport no matter you are aiming to loose weight, keep fit or have fun!!
How to start squash? In this session:
The coach will guide you in terms of:
- Principles of playing squash, dos and donts
- Grip, swing, basic movement on court
- Some basic squash drills
- Allow 2-5 participants for the session
COST: RMB 200/ PERSON. Includes:
- Coaching
- Court fee
