Practical Sessions:
Cake Baking & Icing: Each of the candidates in the workshop would be individually baking a separate flavour and it will be purely hands on experience.
Cup Cakes Baking: Hands on experience on Cup Cakes Baking and techniques Involved. Each of the candidates in the workshop would be handling this separately
Pastry: Pastry base preparation and a comprehensive demo on various types of pastries preparation and techniques involved in it.
Fondant & Decoration: Introduction to Fondant methods and hands on experience on few techniques.
Barbie Doll: A comprehensive demo on Barbie cakes.
Recap: Recap on whatever being taught on the day.
Q & A session: Comprehensive Q & A session where the candidates are requested to clear whatever questions they have on baking and classes.
A Basic baking kit would be handed over to each of the candidate which is part of the course. No extra charges for that
