Welcome to Chennai Yoga group, a professional yoga therapy collective offering focused sessions designed to enhance body mobility and postural alignment.

Our workshops combine evidence-informed movement, breath awareness, and mindful stretching to relieve lower back tension, open tight hips, and build strong, balanced legs.

Led by experienced trainers Divyadharshini and Lakhsmanan, each session integrates traditional yogic wisdom — Sthiram Sukham Āsanam — with modern mobility techniques to help you move with strength, ease, and stability.
