3.25+ LADIES Only CLINIC

Friday 10am-11:30am

$25 VENMO no sooner than the day of the session to:
James-Sulzman-3 (please be prepared to show the host upon arrival)

This clinic is designed for the 3.25+ ladies.
This 90 minute Skills/Drills clinic will include:

1. Defensive drills such as resets.
2. Navigating the transition zone ("no-mans land") to get back into a neutral position
3. Defending overhead drives
4. Learn the backhand roll (a very effective way to attack from the kitchen line)
5. Learn the two handed backhand topspin dink

This clinic will be about defense & attacking from the NVZ (kitchen line)

Please be at least a 3.25 player! Players will be partnered up and the clinic runs much smoother when players of a similar skill level are drilling together.

We need 4 players to sign up in order to hold this session. Do not come to the club before checking to see if it's still "on"!

It’s not necessary to be a member of CHHRC in order take a clinic.

Come directly to the bubble to court 1 & 2- no need to check in at the front desk!

Please bring water to stay hydrated and wear proper court shoes and eye protection.
