2025 has proved a tumultuous year in many ways. But within that tumult each of us will hopefully have found some positive moments. It could be a meeting – an event – something in the news – some music discovered for the first time – a news story – an inspiring moment – a place – food – anything really. Please reflect and bring along one or more of your own positive takes from the past 12 months or so.

Our sharing will surely lift all our spirits and no doubt lead down some interesting avenues for discussion and thought as is the way with these sessions. We should all leave the room with spirits lifted and minds whirring! 😊
