瞑想は、私たちにとって本来は呼吸のように自然な人生を歩むパワーを蓄えるスピリチュアルな方法。心と体が落ち着いてエネルギーに満たされるので、自分に必要のないものを削ぎ落してリラックスし、心と体と人生を健全な方向へ導いてくれます。

The Max Meditation System™ uses the full spectrum of meditation techniques for a truly revitalizing experience. It uses breathing, deep-body relaxation, as well as passive, active and guided meditation.

No experience is needed. Anyone, including practiced meditators, can experience the deep relaxation and rejuvenation with this system.
