[Max Meditation System™]
The Max Meditation System™ uses the full spectrum of meditation techniques for a truly revitalizing experience. It uses breathing, deep-body relaxation, as well as passive, active and guided meditation.

No experience is needed. Anyone, including practiced meditators, can experience the deep relaxation and rejuvenation with this system.

This system brings together years of effective meditation techniques that were developed by Dr. Gudni Gudnason who has studied for 35 years exploring people and the phenomena of the mind. It is based on a fusion of ancient techniques of yoga and mind acrobatics, mixed with modern techniques of psychology and neuro-linguistic programming. After you take part in this meditation, you will charge the energy of your spirit and universe.

[Chido (Chi Gong/Qigong)]
Chido is one of the Chi Gong/Qigong. Chi or Qi means life-force energy　which especially ancient eastern spiritual culture focuses. For example, the concept of meridian (like rivers or Chi/Qi vessel all over the body) is come from this Chi/Qi flow in our physical & energetic body. Tai Chi Chuan or Chi Gong/Qigong practice is for the better circulation of Chi/Qi in our body to re-energize and for better health and ultimately for your spirituality.
