Summer Skate at Navy Pier
Navy Pier, 1000 E Grand Ave, Chicago, IL, USHello old & new friends! We like to unwind on the last Friday of each month. But this time we got something special. We will be going to Navy Pier for their Summer Skate event. Even if you're not a super big anime nerd, feel free to connect w/ folks on any of your hobbies, interests, & experiences or skate around like Shadow the Hedgehog!
Tickets are $22.05 per person and last from opening till closing so if you feel for skating beforehand, you're perfectly open to. You can buy tickets using clicking right here.
About Summer Skate at Navy Pier:
- This event was opened as a summer alternative to Navy Pier's ice skating.
- It opens on June 18th and ends on September 7th.
- Skate rentals are included in the ticket price so you don't need to bring your own skates (unless you want to)
- There will be arcade games to play and even a DJ.

Indiana Sand Dunes (Hike)
North Mineral Springs Rd Parking Lot, 1050 N Mineral Springs Rd, Dune Acres, IN 46304, Indiana, IN, USheyo! Koda & Ronald from the community are going hiking. They've done an offline hike with groups before at Starved Rock and now they're taking on the Cowles Bog Trail at Indiana Dunes State Park!!!
if anybody needs a ride and would love to join. A few of us could help. Join the discord at the bottom and we can help arrange something!! we do have limited space so try and message soon as you can if you are coming along.
Cowles Bog Trail Indiana Dunes
We want to trek the Cowles Bog Trail. It's a pretty diverse hike at Indiana dunes state park. Distance is a little under 5miles. It's got trees, marshes, ponds, and it ends with a climb over a dune and onto a shoreline on lake michigan where we can swim
- Approx 1hour from Chicago
- 10am meet time; 4pm end time
- bring snacks/water to fuel on
- swim gear if you plan on that
- decent shoes to walk 5mile distance
