PiniPico Brazilian Café brings the warm spirit of Brazil to Chicago. Our founder is Dr. Luciano Dias, a pediatric orthopedic surgeon who moved to Chicago 45 years ago and now with three generations of family is realizing his dream to bring more of the Brazilian culture he loves to the United States.

At PiniPico we enjoy life, and coffee together. We do not obsess about the coffee, but we would love to share a fresh cup with all our neighbors. PiniPico beams with the joy, warmth and togetherness that is inherent in Brazilian culture

Our menu focuses on Pão de Queijo — a classic “cheese bread” recipe from Minas Gerais, Brazil. Pão de Queijo has been made for more than 100 years in Brazil from cassava root and is the perfect complement to coffee. Pão de Queijo is gluten free and we offer a variety of sizes and flavors, as well as other classic Brazilian snacks such as empadas and brigadeiros.
