meetup for chicago anime hangouts! hope to have conversations about anime, and manga and more. just show up :D
i'm hoping to meet at Vanille Patisserie (2108 N Clark St, Chicago, IL 60614) and end at Tsaocaa Lincoln Park (1337 W Fullerton Ave, Chicago, IL 60614) if people want to grab some food afterwards. (Tsaocaa is also a bb.q Chicken
schedule (goal is 20 minutes at each establishment/can vary due to taste of attendees/weekend traffic):
- Vanille Patisserie - croissant, tarts, tiramisu, muffin, macaron
- Taiyaki - taiyaki
- Mochinut - mochi donut, matcha, coffee, smoothie, boba, corndog
- Sweet Mandy B's - cupcakes, brownies and bars, cookies, bread, muffins, scones, pudding, cake, pie
- Tsaocaa - korean snowflake ice, hong kong style egg waffle, milk tea, yogurt drink, fruit tea

if you would like to share, you are free to. this is meant more as a walk and talk sort of event as we walk around Lincoln Park, and try some dessert spots.
i will have a Meetup sign, and periodically aim to update the group when we are moving. if you want to stay for just a few spots, feel free. if you want to stay for food at end, you're welcome to as well.
