Chicago Marathon 2025 - Orange County training group.
Goal: Train for this year’s Chicago Marathon in October. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced.Hoping to meet: Registrants in this year’s Chicago marathon for 16 week training block. The plan is running 6 days / week with Wednesday off but this can be modified based on your current goals, fitness etc. There will be speed days, tempo days, long runs. As a retired personal trainer, I can provide a general framework for everyone, where needed, and tailor the plan for each person as necessary.
Overall, this meetup aims to provide a group setting to help maintain interest, motivation and support during training and then in Chicago in October.
