Experience the basics of Qigong with National Qigong trainer David Driscoll. You’ll practice qigong exercises and forms designed to supercharge your Body & Brain practice and help you live a long, healthy, happy life.
Qigong is an ancient mind-body practice that helps develop the strength and awareness of your energy system. You don't need any previous experience or special ability to enjoy Qigong. All ages and ability levels are welcome.
