Science Sunday - Colonizing Mars

Imagine living a wonderful life on Mars - leaving Earth and its messy problems behind.

Some people, even smart and very wealthy ones, want to make this dream a reality.

What will it take? Is it indeed realistic? What would it take to get to Mars, to build a city there, to colonize it and host an independent human world?
