We are a diverse and inclusive group of plant-powered, adventure-seeking, multi-racial, mixed-aged folks who work hard to live healthy and play even harder!.
We don't believe in being "too old" to try something new or "too young" to try something old school.
If you are looking to hang with a group that "steps outside of their comfort zone" to embrace a new sport, activity, challenge, food, culture...you found the right group.

We organize "FitTrips" that have a vegan flavor. We are socially conscious about the food we eat to fuel ourselves and the locations/environment we visit.
We hike, cycle, mountain bike, kayak, EAT, paddle board, ski, horseback ride, fly kites, mini golf...

Plant-Based Picnic and Hiking Adventure @ Bullfrog Loop/Lake
Bullfrog Lake Trail, Willow Springs, IL, USJoin the Chicago Vegan & Plant-Powered Adventure Group for a fun-filled day of outdoor activities and healthy living at our Plant-Based Picnic and Hiking Adventure event.
We will start the day with a scenic hike through a local trail, soaking in the beauty of nature while promoting outdoor fitness. Along the way, we will discuss plant-based nutrition and sustainable community practices to live an eco-friendlier lifestyle.
After our hike, we will gather for a delicious vegan picnic lunch, where members can share their favorite vegan recipes and cooking tips.
This family-friendly event will also feature outdoor games, discussions on wellness and environmental restoration efforts in our community.
Whether you are a seasoned vegan or just curious about plant-based eating, this event is perfect for anyone looking to connect with like-minded individuals and enjoy a day of healthy, outdoor adventures.
There is no obligation to cook a dish. You can bring your favorite plant-based snack to share, fruit, etc. Keep it light and easy...NO STRESS!
