Apple Cider Century - Year #4!
Fall biking and camping - here we come again!! This is a DIY booking event, let's meet up and bike together - any length you'd like between 5 and 100 miles!
We are going to camp at the Mount Randall Campground. The ACC bike ride is on Sunday, come for the entire weekend or for the bike ride only. We'll hike the dunes on Saturday and see if we can squeeze in any kayaking between hiking and biking :)
When booking the campsite online, look for the "Warren Dunes" and then choose Mount Randall Campground: https://midnrreservations.com/ Once registered, post below if you are interested in participating in any activities and we'll add you to the list!
The Apple Cider Ride is taking place on Sunday the 28th and prices increase as followed: 12/31, then 05/31, and 7/31. When signing up - be sure to add on breakfast to your registration; it's a fundraiser for a local firehouse and it's delish!
What is Apple Cider Century Bikeride:
The Apple Cider Century (ACC) takes place in the Village of Three Oaks, located about 60 miles from both Chicago and Kalamazoo. Started in 1974, the event has grown into one of the Midwest's largest century events, drawing up to 4,000 participants each year. Run and organized by the Three Oaks Spokes Bicycle Club, the funds raised from the ride support various groups, including the ACC Tour itself, Backroads Bikeway Trails, the Bicycle Museum at Dewey Cannon Trading Company, the League of American Bicyclists, Rails to Trails, and several community youth programs.
