We are all on an adventure, one designed with healthy longevity in mind. Like most adventures, they’re more enjoyable when shared. And we want to share this one with you!
These meetings are all FREE of charge…so sign up for your FREE tickets!
Please mark your calendars for the THIRD TUESDAY of each month, 7:00pm CST! Each month we have a different topic, so check our Meetup group (https://www.meetup.com/Chicagoland-Plant-Based-Nutrition-Movement/events/) or our website Events Calendar (https://pbnm.org/online-events/) for topics of upcoming meetings!
Each month we’ll be meeting to share experiences, healthy recipes, conversations, cooking demos, and, let’s not forget, FUN! Our objective is optimal health and the ways we each can make all the difference in achieving that goal ourselves.
We invite you to watch this quick, 1 minute video. It rather embodies the “pick your adventure” notion: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_xSDkvoyNk
