Join us for a guided session of coherent breathing led by Trevor, a certified Beats & Breath facilitator. This gentle practice helps calm the nervous system, release stress, and recharge your energy โ€” leaving you with a greater sense of clarity, purpose, and balance.

Together, weโ€™ll move through a three-round (~33 minute) breathwork journey, followed by time for reflection and group discussion. No prior experience is needed; just bring an open mind and comfortable clothing. Through guided breathwork meditation sessions, you will explore the power of mindfulness and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Whether you are new to meditation or breathwork or have an established practice, this workshop is open to all levels.

Please bring a yoga mat of you would like some extra padding outside of the ground.
