Modern life often pulls us into cycles of stress, urgency, and depletion. This session is designed to help you step out of that loop and reconnect with a more grounded, steady, and sustainable form of energy through breathwork and sound.

Through a guided Sonic Breathwork journey, combining breath patterns with music you’ll be supported in regulating your nervous system, releasing excess activation, and returning to a state that feels both alive and stable—like a steady flame rather than a flare.

Note: This event itself is free. Non-members will need to purchase a $30 day pass directly from the gym upon arrival.

What to expect:

  • Opening grounding and container agreements to establish a safe, respectful space
  • 30–40 minute guided sonic breathwork session (music + breath cues)
  • Integration period with optional sharing (always choice-based, never required)

This is a regulation-focused session, not a trauma-processing space. The emphasis is on building awareness, stability, and self-regulation capacity.

  • Full participant autonomy (you can adjust or pause at any time)
  • A grounded, non-performative environment

No prior breathwork experience is needed. Come as you are.
