Join me for a guided session of coherent breathing. I am a certified Beats & Breath facilitator and am excited to share with you this powerful breathing practice to help calm the nervous system, release stress, and recharge your energy — leaving you with a greater sense of clarity, purpose, and balance.
Together, we’ll move through a two-round (~22 minutes) or three-round (~33 minute) breathwork journey, followed by time for reflection and group discussion. No prior experience is needed; just bring an open mind and comfortable clothing. Through guided breathwork meditation sessions, you will explore the power of mindfulness and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Whether you are new to meditation or breathwork or have an established practice, this practice is open to all levels.
This will be a recurring weekly practice so feel free to come and experience the transformative power of conscious breathing 🌬
