HOW TO JOIN & IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:

1. Secure Your Spot: RSVP here to claim one of the ̶1̶1̶ ̶s̶p̶o̶t̶s̶ ̶a̶v̶a̶i̶l̶a̶b̶l̶e̶.̶ For the 60 minute session, there are 13 spots available.
2. First-Timers Must Complete a Waiver: Save time at check-in by filling out the mandatory digital waiver online before you arrive: https://playactivate.com/detroit/waiver
3. Dress for Action: Dress to move! I recommend comfortable athletic wear and sneakers. Avoid restrictive clothing like jeans. (A locker will be provided to you where you can store your personal items.)
4. Payment: See instructions above (pay online for groups, at the venue for solo attendees).

Bonus: Personal lockers are provided to store your belongings, so you can play hands-free!
