## Details

Start and end point (circular route): Elsecar Heritage Centre

Route: All trails says it's 4 and a bit miles so the walk itself is only going to take a couple of hours, it also reckons it's a moderately challenging route but i've done it before and it really isn't, though depending on the weather it can get muddy so bring appropriate footwear. There's a pub (a couple actually) at the start/end point so if people are up for it we can pop in for a pint/wine/coke zero.

Public transport or car sharing options:
There's loads of residential streets near by that drivers can park on, the easiest for parking would probably be to look for Cobcar Street in a sat nav and get on one of those streets, and then it's just a 5 min walk to the heritage centre, but you'll probably be able to find something closer, or the heritage centre has a car park but I think it's paid parking.
For public transport the best bet would be to get the train to Elsecar station, and from there its a 10 minute walk to the heritage centre, just go down the hill. If the train people are all getting the same time train I'll meet you at the train station to walk down with you, I live just up the road so I'll be walking past the train station anyway
