NYC Chinese American Gathering

Hi everyone! Let’s get together for our NYC Chinese American Gathering! We’re heading to 9 Plus KTV for a few hours of music, drinks, and meeting new faces.
Since this is our first KTV event, I will be booking a room size based on our final RSVP count. Whether we have a small, cozy group or a large party Whether we have a small, cozy group or a large party, 9 Plus KTV has the space for us!
Event Details:

• Date: Saturday, April 25th
• Time: [5:00PM - 8:00 PM]
• Location: 136-28 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354
• RSVP Deadline: Please RSVP by April 22nd so I can finalize the room booking.
• To coordinate the room number and final headcount, please send me a private message with your phone number after you RSVP. I will add you to our private WhatsApp group for the event!

How We’ll Handle Costs:

• No Upfront Fee: It’s free to sign up!
• Split the Bill: We will divide the total cost (room hourly rate + any food/drinks ordered) equally at the end of the night.
• Estimated Budget: Depending on the room size and time, expect roughly $25–$45 per person (including tax and tip).
• Payment: Please bring Cash or be ready to Zelle the host at the end of the event.

Important Note on Room Limits: The venue has capacity limits for their Small (up to 6), Medium (up to 12), and Large rooms. If you plan to come, please keep your RSVP accurate so no one is left standing!
