Let’s enjoy a beautiful spring morning together! Join the NYC Chinese American Gathering for a walk through the Brooklyn Botanic Garden to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom.
This is a "Social Stroll"—a perfect, low-pressure way to have the conversations and take some amazing photos of the Cherry Esplanade and the Japanese Hill-and-Pond Garden.

Duration: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Meeting Spot: Outside the 455 Flatbush Avenue Entrance .
Important - Tickets:
You must book your own ticket! Please go to the Brooklyn Botanic Garden website and purchase a ticket for the April 19th .
Price: $22 for Adults / $16 for Seniors and Students.
Note: These tickets sell out weeks in advance for blossom season. Please book your ticket as soon as you RSVP to ensure you can get in with the group!
How to Find Us: I will be standing near the ticket scan pillars at the Flatbush Avenue entrance until 10:20 AM. If you arrive after that, please check our WhatsApp group for our live location inside the garden.
Plan for the Day:
10:00 AM – 10:20 AM: Meet and Greet at the entrance.
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Walk the Cherry Esplanade and Japanese Garden.
12:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Relax on the lawn or grab a quick snack/coffee at the Yellow Magnolia Canteen before we head out.

Getting There: The B, Q, and S trains stop at Prospect Park Station , which is right next to the Flatbush Avenue entrance.
