I realize that not everyone can afford to pay for personal wellness services like yoga, meditation, reiki, massage, etc. But I also realize that personal wellness is a "necessity" not a luxury.
That's why my 3rd Thursday meditation class, each month at Joslyn Senior Center in Redlands, is only $10 per class.
Everyone deserves to feel better, both mentally and physically.
That's why I also provide a "FREE" Sound Bath Meditation concert, available on my website for everyone who wants to "chill out" for 30 minutes.
But, if "our thing" is not "your thing," no worries! Just don't give up on finding your vibe and staying healthy ... any way you can.
